The restored 16th-century building in the Albaycín district features a central courtyard with a fountain. Original marble columns and floors are preserved throughout the property. The courtyard offers outdoor furniture for guest use and provides a quiet retreat.

Each apartment has traditional wooden furniture, wooden beams, and marble columns. The kitchenette includes a hob, and kettles and hairdryers are available on request. Floor heating is installed in the apartments for warmth during winter months.
